Health & family

A little better. Together.

A health app built around the way Indian families actually live. Personal plans for movement, meals, water and rest, with room for the days that don’t go to plan.

Make health fit a household.

Health apps often treat progress as a solo competition. Slowly is designed for Indian households, where meals, schedules and support are shared. Each person has an individual program, while a family space makes it easy to encourage each other without broadcasting missed days.

One day, four connected pillars.

Move, Fuel, Water and Rest come together on the Today screen. The product includes meal-photo logging, workout history and grocery lists derived from meal plans. English and Hindi interfaces, family visibility controls and smaller workout alternatives make the experience useful beyond an ideal day.

Personalisation with structure.

The backend generates 90-day programs in validated 15-day blocks. Workout and meal generation run independently, so a delay in one does not hold up the other. Offline-aware logging and explicit family consent support the same principle as the interface: the app should adapt to life.

Development notes

The repository also includes an Apple Watch running recorder and iPhone bridge. Physical-device validation remains outstanding, so the watch experience is not presented here as a verified release.
